How do I change my full name/date of birth/country?

Visit Account Settings and click the Basic account information dropdown then click the Edit account information option to change your birthday, full name, and country or region of residence associated with your account.

Note that you can also reach the Account Settings page from your user menu in the top right of the LabXchange website.

How do I change my username?

Sorry, you cannot change your username without creating a new account. If you would like to change your listed name you can do so under Account Settings.

How do I select my preferred language?

On the Account Settings page, click the Basic account information dropdown then click the Edit account information option to change your language.

How can I delete my account?

Visit Account Settings to delete your LabXchange account. Please note that deleting your account and personal data is permanent and cannot be undone. LabXchange will not be able to recover your account or the data that is deleted.

Can I restore my deleted account?

Deleting your account and personal data is permanent. It cannot be undone. EdX and Labxchange will not be able to recover your account or the data that is deleted.
