Troubleshooting Login Difficulties

Struggling to log in can be a frustrating experience for anyone.

We have created this troubleshooting guide to help you check the necessary basics, and to reset your access permissions if you are not able to log in using the standard procedure. Note that this guide assumes you have already created a LabXchange account.

If you are having difficulty logging in with an account which was created using an email address and password you will need to ensure that both of these pieces of information are correct. 

If you are receiving an error when you enter your email address, the address is not currently associated with a LabXchange account. Check the address for any errors if you already have an account, or use the link provided to register.

If your find that you cannot remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? Reset it now option to reset your password via the email address you used to register.
